The Re-Mediation Project concerns the same root topic that inspired the Re-Purposing project, only this time, we were instructed to choose a new medium to present our original argument. I wanted to do something techy because I'd never before had an experience like that. I decided to do a TedTalk, but I changed mine up a bit from the original format, turning mine into a persuasive piece to try to convince parents to sign their young children up for piano lessons. I used four key lessons- completely unrelated to the actual piano- that I learned from the classes to wage my point. The actual filming went pretty smoothly, but I found that I deviated a lot from what my actual outline dictated to me. Check out my video, and then my outline, to see how they compare!
